Welcome to our initiative dedicated to addressing mental health, DUI prevention, and community support in Louisiana. This project aims to raise awareness, provide critical resources, and empower individuals and families to access the help they need. By blending education, intervention, and community collaboration, we strive to reduce DUI rates, improve mental health outcomes, and highlight pathways for recovery and prevention.
This section will showcase current updates and developments with the CARS project; currently, the site is under construction, and highlights will be available soon.
The primary goal at present is to educate judges, district attorneys, assistant district attorneys, and defense attorneys about the Louisiana CARS Project. Training presentations and videos have already been uploaded and are available for use. These resources will continue to be updated as needed to reflect the most current information and guidance.
